Alan, Here are photos of the hanging light that started my inquiry. The shade (#2404) measures 9.5 inches across the top of the bell and is 9 inches high. Calcite with engraved decoration. You can see evidence of grinding. No visible Steuben marking. The hanging device is a combination of brass (with a later bronzing paint) and cast iron. The bottom swag is cast iron and quite heavy. There is no maker identification on any of the hanging hardware. It was $100 in a local antique market. Many thanks to the other club members who responded with their kind and valuable information.
