Business has been decent at all shows we did and visited as well as good reports from other dealers about their shows. Public at weekly markets are still lacking in numbers but have changed browsing habits and are now acting more interested in buying though not pulling the trigger often. We are buying fine items aggressively for the winter shows.

Although most Steuben did sell at the last Early and Julia auctions I thought the prices were very weak, some people got some real bargains. A Gold Aurene perfume with Mirror Black lotus stopper went for well under $1,000.00 as did a Black to White Cluthra zigzag fan vase. There were also some very rare and spectacular Green Jades that went for under $1,000.00 And I thought the Blue Moss Agate vase (when was the last time you saw one of those) for $6,500 was a real steal.
