The deal has closed.

The transaction did officially close last week and Schottenstein Stores
Corporation now owns 80.1% of Steuben Glass and Corning Inc owns 19.9%
Steuben Glass is a standalone company and operates as Steuben Glass LLC
within the Schottenstein Stores Corporation
