Flemish Blue is a dark cobalt blue; its color was achieved through a copper base. Many shapes were merchandised in this color. The brilliance of the hue will be dependent,in part, upon the thickness or the thinness of the ware.

Ed. So could “dark cobalt blue” be the same as “Flemish Blue”?
