Except for the Dauber/Stopper . . . this Cologne very much resembles ones (yes, plural) made by both Fostoria & Heisey. Since the Heisey versions do not happen to be marked, I know of no one who has been able to determine one-from-the-other. Of course, should either version happen to have a decoration/cutting/etching directly attributile to either of these companies. And, as so common with colognes and other items with basic/simple shapes, they lent themselves to sale to other companies and their decorations. Nobody ever promised that glass-collecting would be easy.
