Yesterday John Styler asked for help in identifying this item.

This brought up two questions. What are the dimensions and could you send us a full picture with the stem. To answer those questions and perhaps help with identification John Styler responds:

sorry I didn’t include the size, 4 H X 3 W X 2 B. There are no dimensions for 2069 and it is larger than 3292. It is a tumbler and I photographed it standing on a cordial glass upside down, sorry for the confusion.
