Issue 286
One of the Symposium speakers was Marsha Crafts who is a DeVilbiss expert.
I’ve received the following note from her.
First I want to thank you for asking me to attend your group. I have been
involved with many clubs over the last 20yrs and can say without reservation
that the Carder Steuben group is the friendliest & most welcoming to new
faces. Thanks to all.
I did want to let you & your members know that when I return to Florida, late
Oct, I will be sending copies of the 1924, 25, 26 & 28 DeVilbiss catalogues to the
Rakow Library so if anyone else wants copies contact them or I.
Also if anyone has any questions on atomizers at anytime please feel free to
email me.
Thanks again

Also, from Ed & Louise Bush:
Let us add our kudos for a splendid symposium! It was well organized and the talks were so interesting this year.
Our treasurer, Jim Sutterfield reports that the auction returned $5,800 to the
Club’s coffers. A little under last year, but still a rousing success.
Finally, Scott Hansen has volunteered to do a follow up survey on the
Symposium. So, for those who attended, when you hear from Scott, please
respond.
