At the Carder Steuben Club Symposium (Oct. 1-3) Mark Chamovitz of Pittsburgh is leading a program asking those attending to answer the question “If you could keep only one piece of your Carder Steuben glass, which one would it be, and why?” Mark is now planning for this program and he asks me:
if you could send out some feelers in the Gazette to see if we could get some sort of a count if possible as to anyone who would like to share a story about the one piece that they would keep. People do not have to physically bring the piece with them, a picture would suffice. For those who do not bring their piece, but bring a picture, we will check with CMOG audio/visual to determine if there is going to be any problem showing their picture on the screen. It would just be helpful for planning purposes to have some sort of an idea as to how many people would like to participate. Please respond to Mark Chamovitz at MChamovitz@PITAIRPORT.com
