Correct Carder Steuben Signature?

Yesterday’s question was whether this label was correct and authentic label.

Alan, I think Mr. Rockwell said that they produced a series of bottles used at Woolworths for toiletries, such as Toilet water, hair tonic, and apothecary pieces also.
