Regan Brumagen, Associate Librarian at the Rakow at CMoG, is currently doing research on women in glass factories and discovered this account of the battle Carder had with the American Flint Glass Workers Union in 1903, I thought it was an interesting story for the Gazette. It begins at page 24.
