I was sorry to learn of the passing of Evan Howard. Thank you, Beth Shaut, for sharing. Evan was one of my original Steuben mentors and teachers although we had not spoken for several years.

Tea Pot Discoveries

Hi Alan,

A lady brought to me a teapot made by her uncle who worked at Steuben. He told her it is Selenium Red with clear lid marked “CORNING PYREX Made in USA Patent May 27-19. Overall height of teapot is 3 1/4”.
