Gwen Stebbins of Davison, Michigan asks

Hello Alan

Sorry to take everyone away from their first love, Steuben, but I have a Tiffany question…………what in the world was this used for?

I thought maybe a single flower in water……kind of like a rose bowl, otherwise I have no idea. I started to put it out for sale and I realized I had no idea what to call it.
