CHICAGO FLOODING

The www.cardersteubenclub.org website is down as of sometime Thursday morning and will remain down for a while. I just had a phone call from Marti DeGraf and she says that Chicago has had 10″ of rain since yesterday morning and while their equipment is fine the city mandates that power be cut off to buildings that may end up with flooded basements. She will bring the website back up as soon as she can get in the building and as soon as she can get power.

2013 Carder Steuben Club annual Symposium will be held at The Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY from September 19-21, 2013. The festivities will begin with Frederick Carder’s 150th birthday celebration on the evening of September 18, 2013.
