In Monday’s Gazette (#1853) the Levingrad’s asked whether this cigarette urn had small rings attached to the handles.
John Styler answers:
I have 9 and have seen many but not with rings, not even my large ones.

This is an interesting piece of Steuben that is not seen often. It is listed as a vase in Gardner but the factory records call it it a Water Lamp. It appears that this particular piece may have been made as a decanter since there seems to be a ground area at the top that could have accommodated a stopper.
