Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well and getting ready for the holiday season. Now that it has gotten colder I am spending more time indoors which means I am viewing our glass more and thinking about how they were acquired.

Early on we began collecting the 2687 bowls, many of them were acquired in Mr. Rockwell’s store. I remember many conversations we had with Mr. Rockwell, Beth Shaut and Bobby Rockwell. We learned a lot and greatly enjoyed ourselves. One of our bowls from that time is an acid-etched Murillo on plum jade. Over years we have found a couple more in that same pattern, one in rosaline over alabaster and one in green jade. Does anyone else have stories to share from Mr. Rockwell’s store?
