Dear Fran – In every economic downturn things decline in value…… just like company stock prices. BOTH will come back – it’s time to buy things on the cheap and wait a year or two……. you’ll be amply rewarded for you patience and confidence. Better days will be forthcoming!!

Eventually, Washington will “get it”….
