During my many years of collecting silver overlay, I had many pieces of air-trap glass vases of various sizes from 3″ to 12″ mostly in the green color. In my opinion I believe they were all Stevens & Williams products and mostly with Alvin silver work and a few other silver companies in the East Coast/New England area.
