Didn’t know if you had gotten my email on the passing of Evan Howard last week. He was one of our original founding members of the club. He met Mr. Carder when he was only a teenager. He and his wife Lenora were very avid Carder Era Steuben collector. He once traveled all the way to Turkey for a vase. Mr. Carder had told him it was the biggest by way of tallest piece of Steuben. He also dealt in Carder Steuben at several show, Harrisburg, PA & the Baltimore, MD show later.
