Issue 3413
I am passing along a message from Susan Wilks that her father, Jim Sutterfield, passed away Wednesday, June 17.
Jim was a long-time member of the Club and he and his wife Alice were regular Symposium attendees. He will be greatly missed.
If anyone has any memories to share, please pass them along to Alan for the GG.
Thank you.

More Sad News
Elissa Goldstein, wife of 48 years of David Goldstein, passed away peacefully today. Elissa would have been 80 this Sunday. Elissa, along with her husband David, were founding members of the Carder Steuben Club and regular Symposium attendees. They were long time collectors and antique dealers in fine glass. She will be missed.
More Disappointing News
The annual Carder Steuben Symposium for 2020 is canceled.
The Board regrets that it had to make this decision. It certainly was not an easy one to make.
We have been in contact with CMoG on a regular basis since the COVID-19 pandemic started. There does not appear to be a definite opening date for the Museum, and when it does open, the facilities and our interaction in them will change.
Out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of our members’ health and safety, we felt it best to cancel for this year.
Dates for next year are September 10 – 11, 2021.
Stay well and safe.
