Debbie Schultz supplies this information on the RBD perfume.

We purchased the Rose DuBarry perfume with a book by Eric E.Ericson “A Guide to Colored Steuben Glass 1903-1933 Book Two”.In the book there is a picture of the perfume and it is identified as Rose DuBarry & Gold Aurene ACB perfume, stating that Carder copied this color from the French Sevres color .Yes there is clear under the base. It does have a Devilbiss Atomizer. Rose DuBarry has very decided delicate, subtle violet hue irrespective of the type of casing it may have and our piece is exactly thus. Carder did not make much of this color. I am giving you the facts that I got from the book.

Lon Knickerbocker has some additional commentary on the perfume.

Good afternoon Alan,

I read with interest Marsha Crafts comments regarding the atomizer belonging to David Schultz. I have owned the bottle in the pink shown and the green, i have not seen the blue. The bottle is also available in clear with the heavy gold and black and is quite art deco. The glass has the typical quality of companies like Tiffin or Cambridge and i suspect they were made in one of these Ohio glass houses. Although DeVilbiss did not make their own bottles their decorating techniques are outstanding, they could take a plain bottle such as Mr. Schultz’s example and turn it into a real work of art.
