Arriving on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd and departing on Sunday, Sept. 26th at a rate of $125.00 per night.

Located on the second floor, we have two rooms available. The Jenny Lind Room and Elizabeth’s Royal Room each have a Queen Size bed.

Refreshments are served each afternoon from 3pm to 7pm. Arrive in time to sit and enjoy a lovely cup of tea in the parlor or a cold glass of lemonade on the summer side porch…and there are always cookies! Each morning at 8:30 am, we serve a full breakfast in our Victorian candle-lit dining room. Coffee is available in the parlor at 7:30 am. To insure a pleasant stay, we ask that you make us aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We hope that our schedule fits into your traveling plans. If it does not, please let us know, so that we can make arrangements accordingly. ** We will work out the breakfast time with your conference schedule**.

Rosewood Inn is a small Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inn having seven guest rooms, all with private baths and air conditioners. Most of our rooms do not have televisions or telephones, but we do offer free wireless internet service. There is a free shuttle bus that stops just three blocks away. It stops at the Rockwell Museum of American Western Art and travels over the river to the Corning Museum of Glass, which is less than a mile away. One night’s deposit is required. Because we are a small inn, and deal in numerous advanced reservations, we request early notification if your reservations are to be changed in any way. All cancellations are charged $25.00 processing fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to arrival date. On shorter notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited. A 30-day cancellation is required for Holidays & Special Event Weekends. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, or early departures.

Parking Information: Our guest entrance is the front door. It is best to park on the street and unload. Our private parking lot is in the back of the building. You enter from the alley that runs parallel to First Street. If you park on the street, please be aware of the following overnight parking regulations, as Rosewood Inn will not be responsible for parking tickets.

Monday or Wednesday or Friday evenings = parking is on our side of the street.

Tuesday or Thursday or Saturday or Sunday evenings = parking is across the street.
