Colorless lead glass; cast. Rectangular plaque with three- quarter portrait bust in relief of Francis C. Williams; inscription in relief: “FRANCIS C. WILLIAMS/PRESIDENT 1919-1934/HONEST AND TRUE”; satin finish over all; impressed on original model and reproduced in glass casting: “19 35”.
