And what is even more impressive about these photos is that they were taken on my dining room table. The photographer was a professional from New York City hired by Traditional Home. The pieces of glass were mine and pieces owned by collector friends from in and around Corning. At one point in the shoot my friend Bill Mehlenbacher found himself out in my driveway holding a large reflector and turning it this way and that until a beam of sunlight was reflected upon the piece in question. It was great fun and a great learning experience. It was great to watch real professionals at work.
