RENWICK GALLERY
Another goodie from Tom Dimitroff
One more for now. This is the fold-out brochure The Renwick Gallery of the National Collection of Fine Arts at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. created for their exhibition The Glass of Frederick Carder which ran from January 28, 1972 through January 6, 1974.
It should be noted that Paul V. Gardner worked at The Smithsonian in Washington, and that his book on The Glass of Frederick Carder was published in 1971. Well, obviously this show welcomed Paul’s “Bible Book” about Carder and Steuben glass.
