I’m traveling Tuesday, so recapping the past week will have to wait. However, next year’s Symposium Chair, Bonnie Salzman of Richmond, Virginia has a request. Bonnie will be planning a blockbuster Symposium for 2013 (see dates below). Why a blockbuster? Because on September 18, 2013 we’ll be celebrating Frederick Carder’s 150th birthday.

I hope that you and Susan are back home safe and sound. Great to see you this past weekend.

If you would put a reminder in the Gazette to the Carder Steuben Symposium attendees that evaluation forms and a return envelope were in the registration folders. Thoughtful comments and ideas are appreciated. The symposium can only improve with more ideas and suggestions from members.
