A. Jeremy, We know that 350 Edison plaques were commissioned for the opening of the Ford Museum. The line drawings in Gardner’s text, see for example p. 208, were production pieces and perhaps there are factory records. Perhaps someone with access to these records might see if the number of pieces produced are indicated. Finally, many plaques are experimental or cire perdue. These could range from one of a kind or perhaps as many as four or five. Don’t know that there are any records on this.
