Q.I searched the Club website hoping to find a list of maker’s marks for Steuben. I was not successful. Does one exist?

Response from the Gazette. I would first point out that Chapter 8 The Glass of Frederick Carder by Paul V. Gardner, is on Steuben Trademarks and Carder’s Signatures (p.133-135). and provides the most complete information I’m aware of. I would suggest that while the web site is quite informationally extensive, it can’t replace the detail that is to be found in the body of work on Carder Steuben. I would also guess trying to replicate the many marks that have been used might be challenging electronically. There might be some better answers out there, but this is my stab at it. Alan
