This is Shape #6722 in the line drawings. A similar table is pictured in Frederick Carder and Steuben Glass by Thomas P. Dimitroff at fig. 4.134 and labeled “Aurene Mosaic Table c. 1926, Iridized lead glass and wrought iron frame”. Another is pictured on the club website in square blue and aurene tiles.
