The International Perfume Bottle Association is having its annual convention April 29 – May 2 in Reston, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, D.C. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. One of the highlights will be a presentation “The Steuben Perfumes of Frederick Carder” by Bonnie Salzman of Richmond, Virginia.
