This appears to be shape 7792 and probably qualifies as a modern post 1932 piece. No designer is listed in Madigan but it was released in 1937. Marshall Ketchum

Gold Aurene Handled Bowl Shape
#2766
5 1/4 Inches High
This is HGM Steuben No 26. The label says a Steuben 5 1/4″ handled bowl in aurene 2766. I think this means Steuben shape number 2766.

I would agree that this is a Gold Aurene 2766. Shape 2766 is shown as a vase in Gardner. The Aurene signature with out the Steuben means that it was made before about 1917.

STEUBEN OR NO?
KATHLEEN’S DAILY CHALLENGE
I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m having fun with the Redland’s identification project! Each day, I eagerly open my email, gaze at the picture, and call out “Steuben” or “Not Steuben” and then compare my (in)expertise with Marshall Ketchum and Rande Bly and other experts’ insightful comments about the piece. Thank you to Marshall and Rande and others for an entertaining yet informative series!
