Post Production Signatures

As it relates to the story about post production Carder signatures, I had a charming and innocent experience with Mr. Carder. About two years before Mr. Carder died I went up to Corning with a group of friends. I found a complete set of beautiful decorated shades in a home and I had them with me in the car. I was certain they were Aurene but not being familiar with lampshades I showed a few of them to Mr. Carder. I asked him to sign a couple of them. He told me they were beautiful and that he wished they were his but he thought not. In any event when I return home I unwrapped the set of shades and found silver Steuben marks on two of them. Mr. Carder originally thought that they were either Quezal or Luster Art as they were both beautiful and a bit unusual.. They certainly are lovely shades and Mr. Carder praised them highly.
