The French Mixing Bottle shown in this Hammacher Schlemmer & Co. ad is shape 3062. It’s difficult to discern the glass but this shape was made in Flint (colorless), Verre de Soie or Cyprian so it could be any of those. There are examples of this shape in the Shape Gallery. This ad is from the March 1930 issue of The House Beautiful Magazine. As an aside, the Hammacher Schlemmer store is still in business at the same location. Scott Hansen
