1935 Portfolio of Designs

In 1935 Steuben published a pamphlet , Table Crystal, A Portfolio of Designs by Steuben Inc, New York & Chicago.

I contacted Gail Bardhan at the Rakow Library at CMoG looking for it and they do not have a copy of it. Can any one help?
