Reifschlager Gallery

In my beginning days of collecting two things moved me and defined my love for Carder glass. While I’ve reported on this in past Gazette’s, it’s been a while and worth repeating. The first was the Reifschlager gallery at the Rockwell Museum that I saw 17 years ago, before they took the exhibit down and moved their Carder collection to CMoG. They had the equivalent of jewelry cases, showing the best of the best. Brilliant lighting, story boards and a glistening of art. I was enthralled. If anyone took pictures of this exhibit they are willing to share that would be quite exquisite. Alan Shovers
