Last night we sent out some comments from David Donaldson about the Tiffany 1
cent stamp, and pointed out Mr. Donaldson will be presenting at this year’s
Carder Steuben Symposium. David Goldstein sends on this comment about Mr. Donaldson. David is a knowledgeable and enjoyable speaker. We had him on the program at our one-day NAGC seminar in Sarasota. I’ve known him for years.

A follow through from the Tiffany crowd and the high price of LCT. Gordon
Hancock of Patchogue , NY says:
I think Mr. Tiffany would be very pleased that his works of art are bringing such strong prices today. Virtually everything Louis Comfort Tiffany produced so many years ago is valuable today.

Los Angeles based marketing guru John Clayton responds to Tiffany.
Seems to be some Tiffany Envy among the membership.
Tiffany outspent Steuben in promoting their brand, hence creating awareness. Corning did not do enough to support the stand-alone Steuben brand.
