Joshua Hodgetts The Cutter?

Here are three pictures of a Stevens and Williams vase I purchased on eBay a couple of weeks ago. It was listed as a Joshua Hodgetts Rock Crystal cut Chrysanthemum pattern piece. My thoughts upon receiving it were that I feel it is very possible a Frederick Carder design, cut by Hodgetts at S & W. After my investigation, I also feel like pieces of this nature were probably produced just prior to Carder leaving S & W. Any thoughts from other club members? The pontil is not a polished quarter sized type as the bottom is a large full concave polished area. Vase is 10 inches tall.
