Is This Carder Steuben?

Greg Jennings of Louisville, KY asks:

Here is a question for you Alan. Do you recognize this perfume as Steuben? It is not marked but the pink and opal match up pretty good with a pair of Steuben candlesticks with the York cutting that I own. I could not find the shape in the Steuben line drawings. My only other thought was Stevens-Williams but that company really doesn’t show anything like this perfume either.
