Help With Identification

Alan, I am trying to determine if this vase or lamp base is actually Steuben.

When I found this piece as a lamp, the rim was painted with ordinary wall paint as was the lamp base and harp. When I removed the vase from the base, I could see and feel the quality and was completely surprised when the paint came off the rim to reveal the beautiful jade green. The color combination and quality of the glass make me think it could be Steuben but I have been unable to identify a shape number and the gilding is nothing I’ve seen before on a Steuben piece. Can any members help me to shed light on this mystery piece?
