I note, in the recently received edition of CMoG’s “Gather,” an article on CMoG’s hosting of travel bloggers in September, and am guessing it was for that reason that the Carder weekend was moved to October. The article reports the promotional success of the hosting of travel writers, and as one born and raised in the Finger Lakes region, am delighted to see the publicity, though look forward to the resumption of a warmer September scheduling for next year’s Carder weekend.
While you are enjoying a much needed break from your weekday missives, Alan, I do miss my ‘morning fix,’ and thank you for herding Gazelles to us so faithfully!
Happy New Year,
David Chadwick-Brown
