A Rare Baccarat Paperweight Recently Sold for Almost $60,000 at Auction–There Is a Market for Paperweights

This Sunday, April 26th, the CBS Sunday Morning television show will be featuring Paul Stankard, world renowned glass paperweight artist with works in major museums throughout the world.

Martha Teichner, a CBS Sunday Morning correspondent along with a complete production crew spent an entire day filming and interviewing at both Paul’s studio in Mantua, New Jersey, and at the Art Institute of Chicago where his paperweight orb is prominently displayed in the newly expanded Arthur Rubloff paperweight gallery.
