Collectors of Carder Steuben Glass (whether or not members of the Carder Steuben Club) are a wide range of collectors, so many different types of discourse or opinions rise and fall.

We’re pleased to report on part of this year’s Symposium sponsored by the Carder Steuben Club, to be held at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY on Oct. 2-3. We can confirm that Gay LeCleire Taylor, recently retired from the Wheaton Art Center of Millville, NJ, as a speaker on Durand. As previously reported the Symposium will feature considerable focus on not only Frederick Carder of Steuben Glass, but a number of his prominent competitive contemporaries.
