ENTHUSIASM, EXCITEMENT AND INTEREST

Josh Cohn of New Barrington, Mass. sends along some examples and commentary on how shows are connecting with prospects. (also, see attached)

Another example of how promoters are working towards more show exposure….they sent out a new update daily.

Phil’s blog is indeed good and I know many who follow it regularly.

As for the comment on ebay’s buy it now / make an offer method of sales, one should look at their loss of market share in recent times and how many customers are going back to a hands on method of purchase at shows…..we hear this regularly from collectors who won’t buy an item unless they can touch it. Ebay to suffers in tough times, but has a huge budget to try and reinvent itself – sometimes with luck and sometimes for naut.
