Tommy Dreiling of Brooklyn reports

Alan – I just received the new Steuben catalogue showing the new color glass and I have to say I like it. It reminds me of the late Carder colors, Sea Green, Smoke and Blue/Gray, very supple and understated. Does anyone know if they are going to revive and Aurene glass? I’m also like the new stemware line Breeze, and the price is half what Steuben stemware lines have been in the past. At one point I heard that Steuben stemware was not being made in Corning but overseas, is that correct? – Tommy Dreiling
