Well I’ll have to enter the fray on cloudy perfume bottles. I filled this one with CLR and let it sit for a few hours. I altered a tooth brush to fit inside and I would say 90% disappeared.
I saw a bottle at a show some years ago and as I examined it I asked the dealer if she used mineral oil to mask the cloudiness, she took it out of my hand and put it behind some boxes. I crept away!
