Pagoda Lamp

The pagoda lamp contains blue jade that is neither light nor dark blue jade. Upon purchase of the pagoda lamp, years ago, I realized that this ‘unknown’ blue berry bowl, which was touted as ‘royal blue,’ is, in fact, the base blue in the pagoda lamp. My berry bowl is the same color, and am guessing the few items of that color not used as the base color for ACB lamps were done just to use up the rest of the batch. Word has it that much, if not all, of this color wound up on the West Coast.
