In December 2016 issue of The Hobstar, The Journal of the American Cut Glass Association, at p. 6621 is pictured of a pair of shape #1253 in the cut glass pattern Pembroke.

Author Rob Smith reports:

Two views of a flared rim 11 3/4″ tall pedestal vase cut in the seldom seen Pembroke pattern by Steuben. The design consists of six columns above a band of beaded flutes, with a hobstarred base. There are columns of punties separated by bowties of crosscutting beneath a hobstar, alternating with wide ribbons of cane. See Gardner page 349. Unfortunately, this design (and many others by Steuben) does not appear in the Master Index of Cut Glass Patterns.
