Q. I own several Carder Steuben vases which have been drilled to accommodate lamp parts but I don’t have the parts. I want to convert the vases to lamps using period appropriate parts. I do not want to use modern lamp parts. Can anyone recommend someone who can do this for me?

Q. Why does a mere hole drilled in the base by a lamp manufacturer significantly reduce the value of the art glass vase used for a lamp?
