Dorflinger

Hello everyone,

I was wondering whether any of our members are knowledgeable about Dorflinger glass, particularly, the Kalana line. I have the John Quentin Feller book on Dorflinger, as well as his booklet on Kalana ware, but I would like to learn more. Specifically, I’ve heard reference to other Kalana patterns, not in these books, that are documented only by virtue of examples being distplayed in the Dorflinger glass museum. How can I find out about these? I’ve also seen an etched pattern that I like attributed to Dorflinger, but I doubt this attribution. I would love to chat by email with anyone who is willing to discuss these topics and point me to any other printed or online sources for learning more about Kalana ware.
