What They Collect!” …a select group of individuals who are redefining what it
means to be a collector. Top collectors who have made a difference.
“Our own” Thomas P. Dimitroff is listed. First the article gives a short history
of Frederick Carder “an innovative and prolific glass artist…in styles ranging
from Art Nouveau and Art Deco to neoclassical.”
The article goes on to note that Thomas Dimitroff has written and lectured
about Carder and has acquired a major collection of Carder Glass that was part
of a recent show at the Steuben Gallery in Manhattan.
