Reminder From Club Secretary Janet Ziffer

We are about to start our annual membership renewal process. The renewal envelopes will go out around the middle of November. As I’m sure you know, in the past this has been a pretty long drawn out process – taking about 4 months. I thought we might try putting a blurb in the Gazette before the envelopes go out with the hopes we can spur some activity and maybe speed up the process.

To that end, I hope you can run the paragraph below several times – perhaps every 3rd day through Nov 15th or on any schedule you think appropriate. Steve, Scott, and I will coordinate to ensure that the database is up-to-date at the point where we mail the renewal envelopes. I’m hoping this will result in faster payments and fewer envelopes, although I suspect that we will still be nudging a group through to the very end.
